Payments & Refunds

1. Prices and access

Free: $0, including one essay review. Pro: $29 USD per month, all tools unlimited while your plan is active. Full Application Period: $99 USD as a one-time payment for six months of access to all tools. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout.

2. Monthly renewal and cancellation

Pro renews monthly until you cancel renewal. Use the billing management option in your workspace to access Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not by itself request a refund. If you cannot manage your subscription, email main@colgrad.com.

3. Six-month plan

Full Application Period is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Access ends six months after purchase. Buying this plan does not create an ongoing monthly subscription.

4. 30-day satisfaction refund

If a paid plan is not right for you, email main@colgrad.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both Pro and Full Application Period. Include your account email and the payment date or receipt reference; never include a full card number, security code, or password.

After 30 days, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Canceling Pro renewal stops future charges but is not by itself a refund request. Any rights under applicable consumer law remain in effect. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider; processing time can depend on your bank.

5. Payment problems

For a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment concern, or paid-access problem, email main@colgrad.com with your account email and the payment date or receipt reference. Never include a full card number, security code, or password.

6. Payment processing

Stripe processes payments and billing. Test-mode payments do not grant live paid access. Your receipt and workspace billing status help identify the payment and its access period. Contact main@colgrad.com if they appear inconsistent.
